Preheat oven to 350°F and spray a 8×8-inch pan with cookingspray; set aside. In a cold skillet, add the chopped bacon and turn on heat tomedium-high. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the fat is rendered andthe bacon is starting to crisp. Add the onion and cook 3-4 minutes, stirring frequently, oruntil the onion is translucent. Add the garlic and cook 30 seconds. Turn the heat down to med-low and add the tomato sauce,molasses, water and seasoning. Stir well to blend and cook for 2 minutes. Remove from heat. Stir in the beans until well coated with the sauce.
